Sales Manager
Poland
Hallgruppen is strengthening its presence in Poland and is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to help grow the market nationwide.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys building business, developing customer relationships, and creating new opportunities in an international growth company.
You will represent one of Europe’s leading suppliers of flexible building solutions for industries such as logistics, warehousing, industry, and infrastructure. The role can be based anywhere in Poland and includes regular travel for customer meetings and project follow-up.
You will work independently with a high degree of ownership while being closely supported by experienced engineering, project, and operations teams in Norway and across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop Hallgruppen’s market presence in Poland
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Prepare and follow up quotations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and project teams
- Participate in customer meetings, fairs, and site visits
Qualifications
- Experience within B2B sales, preferably technical or solution-based sales
- Experience from construction, industrial buildings, temporary structures, logistics, or related industries is an advantage
- Commercial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and proactive approach to sales
- Fluent Polish and good English skills
